Istanbul Mehmet Hamer Crash Cymbal

The Hamer Series are a brand new series of cymbals from Istanbul Mehmet which were introduced at The NAMM Show 2018 earlier this year. The Hamer Series has been named after the large hammer hits which make for a prominent feature on the cymbals within this series. The large hammer marks on these cymbals distort the sound just enough to result in a quick decay which allows for punchy, concise sound time and time again. This quality is perfect for accenting particular notes and beats within a composition. The Istanbul Mehmet 17″ Hamer Crash is quick and capable, the quickness allows for a trashy sound which works really well in lots of different surroundings and for several different genres.
